This product has compatibility issues with Thunderbolt 3. On my Dell Precision 5520 model and XPS 9370 model, the USB Type-C port(Not PD Port. on SS Port) provides only 40MB/s speed with USB SSD. When connected MY USB SSD to a Type-C port that supports USB 3.1 Gen1(LG Gram), it provides 5Gb/s normally. additionally, i am disappointed to response of seller. They did not give an answer to this question. Only they told me that it could be slower than USB 3.1 Gen1 in Thunderbolt, depending on my disk speed. After hearing the same answer three times, I leave this feedback. I can't trust this seller.
