Description was accurate but the store's service failed. After ordering the product, i received a message that the price for shipping had been increased by the shipping company. I refused to pay and tried to cancel the order (reason: seller raised the price), but then I got a new message with the question to change the reason in "other". Did that, but this new cancellation was refused. Few days later, i saw they did send the order anyway (despite not paying the extra), but from Estonia in stead of Spain as stated in the original order. The order arrived but very poorly packed, only a plastic bag, no protection at all, so the box was completely crushed and damaged. The one star is because after all, the headphones themselves were OK and they do what they supposed to do.
