Definitely not a stretchy material (it was really hard to get over my shoulders). Looks more like a maid costume than a casual dress to go out in. Also made of a synthetic, costume-like fabric than just soft cotton. Looks cute on, but not 100% satisfied

It’s a bit cheaply made, almost feels like a costume material and it’s short but it is comfortable and I can always put shorts on underneath. It was what I was expecting for the price and I’m overall satisfied with the product.
